Eat to Breathe Manifesto
The five core principles of eating to breathe are listed below and form the foundation of this blog. Click on the links to read more about each one.
1.Eat functional foods, i.e. foods that feed health.
2.Address food allergies.
3.Know what foods do in your body. Understand the intention of your food and its value to your health.
4.Feed hunger with functional foods. Binge on salad and berries, not chips and pizza.
5.Make it about progress, not perfection. This is a transition, it doesn’t have to be perfect. Success is defined by consistent forward motion.
